Makes two 1 cup servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving

Ingredients

1 cup lowfat or fat free milk
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup fresh mango
2 tbsp honey

Preparation

In a blender combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
