Super Food Smoothie

Makes two servings (4 ounces milk per serving)

Ingredients

1½ cups frozen blueberries
1 cup lowfat or fat free milk
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup ice

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
